Windows 10: Minecraft Windows 10 Edition stuck on red screen PC

I've tried multiple methods to solve my issue and none have worked. Specifically, my issue is that I can launch Minecraft Windows 10 but nothing loads in. There's just a red screen that has nothing else but red screen. Nothing previous, just opening Minecraft and it's just red screen in Minecraft. I've tried resetting my Minecraft Windows 10, I've reinstalled it, and I've restarted my PC. I haven't tried opening Minecraft Windows 10 Edition as administrator because I don't know where it is. I've looked through my Packages/Minecraft.UWP..../LocalState and I can't seem to find Minecraft and open it as admin.

Minecraft Windows 10 Edition stuck in Beta (1.15)

I launched Minecraft and it was in 1.16.1. At this time, the 1.16.2 was released but mine hadn't updated. I uninstalled and re-installed but when I launched, it was in the 1.15 Beta edition. There is 1 user on this PC.

Have tried:

• Deleting the Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe folder in Appdata/Local/Packages
• Resetting the program data in the Apps&Features page in settings
• Restarted PC

Things to note:

• I have been part of the Insider Beta testing
• I have the Minecraft Starter collection
• The game installs significantly faster than expected which suggests that the files are locally stored on the PC and aren't being uninstalled properly
