Windows 10: Minecraft Windows 10 Edition - Unable to connect to multiplayer world while on mobile hotspot

Hello, the internet I have at my home is so slow it's incredibly difficult to play or watch anything, so I've been tethering cellular data from my Android phone via USB. It works for everything on my computer, except for Minecraft Windows 10 Edition. It can connect me to Microsoft and show me my account data, but connecting to a multiplayer world does not work and gives me an "Unable to connect to world error".

I cant connect to my friends world on Minecraft Windows 10 Edition

So, my friend has an Xbox one with Minecraft on it and I have a Windows 10 computer with Minecraft windows 10 Edition installed on it. He can join me on my world when i make it multiplayer but I can't join him when he makes his world multiplayer. I click
on his world and then the message, "Unable To Connect To World." pops up every single time i try and join. I don't know what the issue is, so any guidance would help. Thanks.

Hello. I made my friend buy minecraft windows 10 edition, and we couldn't connect to each other worlds, it shows: Unable to connect to world. msng error.

There is a list of things we tried:

Enable Firewall and restart pc

Unstall and Install

Set properly DNZ at modem and also set IP

Also Disable Firewall

Set at minecraft multiplayer an option "Only invite"

We also cried and lost 3 hours of our life trying to figure out what is happening.

We are not playing on LAN. We also can play games on steam and other platforms without any trouble.

PLEASE FOR THE SOUL OF THE GOOD CREEPER, SOMEONE HELP US !!! i really just wanna play with my friend )
