    Minecraft Windows 10 Edition won't launch.

    About two days ago and ever since, whenever I try to open Minecraft, it stops at the MINECRAFT logo just after the red MOJANG logo screen that flashes for 2-3 seconds. My computer is updated to WINDOWS 10 version 2004 and has all updates. I have used HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT to update all other drivers. I have WINDOWS 10 PRO. Other apps from the windows store are working, as far as i can tell, it's just Minecraft. I have paid 300 SEK about $30 for the full version includeing skins and extra stuff!

    I have logged in to my account on another computer, and works fine there - but none of my WORLDS are saved to my account!

    I have followed https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/minecraft-windows-10-edition-wont-launch/b5a06543-be00-4427-a16e-15ec439c8850 and at other sites - but I haven't uninstalled the program from WINDOWS STORE yet. I have updated MINECRAFTE last week the lates version 1.16.40 I think but i didn't help.


    I would like to have all my worlds left AND a working version of my paid MINECRAFT WINDOWS 10.

    I don't seem to be the only one with this problem ...

    What do I do?

    minecraft launcher won`t launch

    when i launch minecraft launcer it comes up that it`s updating java runtime environment, and then it just says "Unable to update Minecraft Runtime Environment".

    Hi,

    I just purchased Minecraft Windows10 edition for my son using the Microsoft Store logged on using my Hotmail account. I can start Minecraft via the Windows 10 store when logged in on my profile. When I switch to my son's profile, he has his own outlook.com
    account, I can't find how to launch Minecraft. The shortcuts in the Start menu are for the Java edition and even if I sign in on the Java edition, it just prompts me to buy the app again. If I launch the Microsoft store on my son's profile, the Minecraft
    purchase doesn't show. I don't see a way to add/switch profile on the Microsoft store. So, how do I launch the Windows 10 edition using my son's profile? Do I need to create a separate Minecraft account for him and then somehow link it to my account?
