Windows 10: Minecraft Windows 10 gratis?

I have (bought) the Minecraft Pocket Edition on my phone and now I wanted to download the Windows 10 Edition. But in the Microsoft Store I either have to buy it for 26.99€ or I can try it for free. Is it possible that I log in somewhere with the same account I used to buy the Pocket Edition and then I can download the Windows 10 Edition for free?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup
