Windows 10: Minecraft Windows 10 Lost all my Data

This is really weird and made me and my friends very frustrated.I only have this account for Minecraft Windows 10, I have my own skins, worlds, friends and realms and I changed my In-Game name from "Xicovalle" to "MaxEvil47"I got a new PC a week ago, logged in with this account and everything was like 1st time launch. Got my name back to "Xicovalle", lost my skins, worlds, friends and realms, I have tried to log out and in with another account just in case, but as mentioned before, I have to buy minecraft.It doesn't matter what I do I can't get my stuff back.What do I do?

Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server

Lost data from hard drive, what to do now?

Well, I'm sorry to hear that it's a WD My Passport that failed on you, @tomhenry ! *Frown
I'd recommend you to try using a different USB cable with it and see if that will help your system to detect it without it disconnecting.
I'd also suggest you to go to Disk Management and see how the drive is listed there. It won't hurt to check up on the health and SMART status of the HDD by running the QUICK and EXTENDED tests from the WD's Data LifeGuard Diagnostics.
