Windows 10: Minecraft Windows 10 rushed redeemed code.

I bought Minecraft 3 times. Java edition, 360 edition, One edition. I bought them all before October 2018. I got a code in my email to redeem on my Microsoft account to get the "New Minecraft Bedrock edition", so I did.


Soon Afterwards people who bought the One edition, also got the "New Minecraft Bedrock edition" for free. But I had redeemed my code already.

So now I lost one Minecraft game essentially. For some reason I only realise this almost a year later. I couldn't find another way of contacting Microsoft, so here I am asking if it is possible to have another code.


Can I get a code for Minecraft Windows 10 Edition?

Hello, i got the minecraft windows 10 edition for free from mojang.com and it gave me a redeem code. When i went to redeem that code it said it was already redeemed. Is there anything i can do?
