Windows 10: minecraft world reset java

today i logged on for the first time and then when i joined my world, im back to the very beginning. all my progress and everything was gone. idk what to do :i didnt go back on older versions or anything like that and i didnt change anything i just simply logged on. i really need help!!

Missing world is in my folders but not in Minecraft W10 world list.

I have this one world on minecraft windows 10 editon that disappeared from my world list when my laptop froze and restarted. Upon going back on minecraft, the world disappeared. I've looked in the worlds folder and its still there, but its not on the world
list. What should I do to get it back on the worlds list? PLEASE make sure your answer deals with Minecraft WINDOWS 10 EDITION and not the JAVA EDITION please.

 

Is there any way to restore an old Minecraft Bedrock and Minecraft Java world after resetting your PC?

So I recently fully reset my PC and after I redownloaded Minecraft Bedrock Edition and Java edition, I saw that all my worlds were gone from both editions. So I was wondering if there was any way to get my old worlds back.

Did you try everything I listed, which also shows you how to find the missing World's folder? I was hoping to get results posted back so I'd know what else to suggest.
