Windows 10: Minimum runtime x86 and x64

hi, can someone help me with this problem?, i has installed jet the insiders, i have delete it. but there came problems. as minimum runtime. i have seraching for fix the problem, but i have can't fix it jet. the x64 can be install. but the x86 not. i have a core intel i7 vpro. 12core proseccor. see photo's for more detai.

Is it the x86 or x64 version causing the error? Please post a screenshot of the error. Or upload the VC++ redist setup log (stored in your %temp% folder.)

microsoft visual C++ Redistributable (x64) 12.0.21005/ upgrade to Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 (x64) and (x86) software

I have multi-number of years of MS Redis software listed from 2005 to 2008,2010,2012 and now 2015. some are (x64) and some (x86). I understand about the 32 bit...(x86) and 64 bit...(x64), and I know about the need for different software for different programs;
MY new computer came with Versions...9.0.21022, 9.0.307.29.4148, 9.0.30729.6161, 10.0.40219, 11.0.50727, 11.0.51106, 11.0.61030, there is also 11.0.61030-Additional runtime and another called minimum runtime, 12.0.21005, 14.0.23026 for both (x64) and (x86).
This last addition I just updated. NOW,MY QUESTION, "can I delete any of this stuff,or should I really keep it all. I do not have a CLUE!
