Windows 10: Mircosoft rewards is not showing all the point i have

Discus and support Mircosoft rewards is not showing all the point i have in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; i have 2k point but when i try to get somthing it says i have 1488 not 2k im not sure why but its annoying...     I understand that you are facing issues with Bing Reward points for your account.



    I would suggest you to refer the article
    I'm not earning Microsoft Rewards points for Bing searches     and see if that helps.



    If the issue persist, let me point you in the right direction to get assistance. Refer the article to initiate a

    new support request     for Microsoft Reward points. Once you initiate the request the team will get in touch with you within 24 hours.

    Cortana earning Bing reward points?

    You didn't ask how to use the mobile to earn points. Why not?

    The phone uses Bing.

    Bing Help

    • If the Microsoft account connected with your phone is the same one you use to sign in to Bing Rewards, then you’re probably already earning credits when you search on your phone.

      See How can I tell if I’m earning credits for searching on Bing      .
    • To connect your phone to your Microsoft account, go to Settings, tap
      email+accounts and then tap add an account. Add the Microsoft account you use to sign in to your Bing Rewards account.
