Windows 10: Missing activation code?

Hello!


12th of may 2018 i bought windows 10 home in the microsoft store email receipt screenshot below. When i check my order history on the microsoft account page i can see the order but if i try to click it the Windows 10 home text i get redirected to a page that says "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found."

There is no "Show product key" even though i had my friend check and he said he had one below the "Windows 10 home" text...


I recently installed a new motherboard and i have to reactivate my windows but the Activation page in windows is not working for me "Windows reported that no product key was found on your device. Error code 0xC004F213", the troubleshooter says it can't activate it and to click a button called "recently changed hardware" but that ends up saying it doesn't work either... It says "make sure i signed in with the same microsoft account you linked to the Windows 10 digital license on this device or try again later" and i am 100% sure i am...


Am i just misunderstanding? Should i not have the key?

Windows 10 will not activate Error code 0x803F7001

Possibly there can be the problem with Microsoft activation Server, so your Windows 10 is not activated. In this scenario, you need to wait and verify if it is the issue from Microsoft’s side. But if you are getting error code 0x803f7001, you can also try these steps:

1. Open Settings app. Then go to Update and security > Activation screen > Change product.
2. Type your Windows edition product key and click Next.
3. You’ll get We couldn’t activate Windows error message.
4. Retry steps 1-3 then type your 25-characters unique product key.
5. Wait for the process to complete, Windows 10 is activated.
