Windows 10: Missing advanced language settings.

Greetings. I have window 10 Pro build: 19042.985 and Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.2020.0My issue here that my advanced language settings is missing from control panel and I cannot enforce English language on start menu not when windows is installing updates. What is the issue and how to fix that?

Advanced Settings missing from "Region and Language" screen

Hi Alexander,

Updates on computer is one of the possible reason why there are some changes with the interface of your Advanced options. We'd like to clarify, were there any changes made prior to this issue? You may also change the language for each application by following
the steps below:

• Click Start menu and go to Settings.
• Select Date and time.
• On the left side click Region and language, then select
  Language.
• Click Language choose Advanced settings.
• Under Switching input methods check Let me set a different input method for each app window.

Language

Hi Sassy,

To remove the Croatian language in Windows 10, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Open the Settings app, select Time & Language, and click
  Region & Language.
• Under Add a language, select English, and click
  Set as default.
• Select the Croatian language and click Remove.
  
• Close the Settings app, restart the computer, and check if the issue persists.
