Windows 10: Missing app

I allowed a tech person have control of my PC, who pretended to know how to fix my PC. In the process he deleted a photo app that was installed on the PC when I bought it. I think the name was Photo365, and it was purple in color. How can I retrieve the app without paying for it?

Thanks for replying spunk. That's the 'alphabetical' list I was referring to, none of these apps are in that 'All apps' list. Any more suggestions?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
