Windows 10: Missing Bluetooth after windows update

Hi, can you please help me I have looked for and tried everything that I can find to reinstall Bluetooth on my computer. I had it before updates were installed. Now there is not even an icon in the device manager. My computer is an HP elite desktop 64 bit running Windows pro. I have tried updating all drivers I could find even in hidden devices. I went in and restarted the Bluetooth services and set them to automatic. I ran the troubleshooter it states that Bluetooth is not available on this computer. That is everything I have tried. Bluetooth was working fine before the update. Thank you!!

Bluetooth in windows 10

My computer specs are as listed in the profile. I think all of you guys are correct. I don't have built-in Bluetooth in mobo.

I contacted skull candy headphones and thy have told me if I do not have built-in Bluetooth, I would need a dongle which supports at least a2dp. I do not know what the heck that means. I have a feeling I would need more than a cheap dongle.

Anyone suggest some a2dp adapters. I searched but don't know what a2dp is so couldn't make a decision

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
