Windows 10: Missing/Corrupted Icons

Evening! I've got a weird bug that's been bugging me for a while now (as you can see on the picture). This is on a Dell Alienware Aurora Ryzen Edition running Windows 10 2004. I'm missing some icons that have been replaced by a generic rectangle in both the action center and in the windows security panel - the only other place I've noticed it is in the snip tool toolbar. It's definitely a first world problem, but I'd appreciate any ideas. I tried using the Media Creation Tool to do an in-place upgrade and it failed. I recently had to do an off-line install of Microsoft (Office) 365 as it randomly deregistered and disappeared (if that gives any context). All other updates are installed for everything (Os, drivers, hardware, etc.), and I'm not running into any other issues that I've noticed. Thanks in advance!

missing icons in start menu

App Icons Missing

Hi,

One of the reasons why your applications is missing due to a corrupted system files. Have you tried running SFC
scan? If not, we suggest that you run SFC scan to check and fix any system files that has been corrupted. To do so, please follow these steps:

• 
  Run
  Command Prompt as Administrator.

  sfc /scannow
  and hit
  Enter.
