Windows 10: Missing D Drive

My D drive has gone missing after I re-installed Windows 10. So far, I have tried to:1 Rescan drives in Disk Management2 gone to gpedit.msc, user configuration, administration template, windows components, file explorer, hide these specified drives in my computer, disable, apply3 Checked system retore but do not have a restore point4 Went to update drive in Device Manager, but drive is not found5 I think I found the driver in Disk Management, I tried to rename the drive, but was not able to do so see screen print6 In Command Prompt, I found a hidden drive Volume 2 but was unable to r

Have you observed this issue in BIOS? If not, I would suggest so. I suspect the issue is more on the hardware side, by checking to see if D drive is also missing in BIOS can help confirm that.
