Windows 10: Missing every microsoft icon and error 0x80070643 after new windows install

what is even this??? the icons actually appeared for like 5 seconds everything was normal but again

the camera is not even called camera it is ms-resource something something

an why is there an error 0x80070643 when i just downloaded fresh windows????

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
