Windows 10: Missing File: \Windows\system32\winload.efi. Error code: 0xc000000f

Recently my Dell Inspiron 15 3541 had an automatic critical upgrade.

Couple days later, I found white spots on the left margin, on booting and my cursor was just shaking. I was not able to enter the password to log in. I tried Dell's Back up and Recovery, PSA Pre boot system assessment, which found no faults on a full test.

I tried System restore, which did not work. Finally Dell Back up and Recovery stated that it did not find any issue with the PC and asked me to click next to Reinstall system, which did not work.


Now, I am left with a Blue screen that says:-


RECOVERY

Your PC/Device needs to be repaired

The application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors.


File: \Windows\system32\winload.efi

Error code: 0xc000000f


You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media {like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC\Device Manufacturer.


Press Enter to try again,

Press f8 for Startup Settings

Press Esc for UEFI firmware settings


I tried to Press Enter,Esc, nothing happens. Pressing F8 just showed me the file that is apparently missing.


Can I repair this, without having to reinstall windows because i don't have a disc since i upgraded from Windows 8.1 to windows 10 in 2014 through the free upgrade.

my laptop is lenovo g50 30 which is windows 8.1 build.

i cant find the solution in community

recently I accepted the free Windows 10 upgrade love it

turned on my laptop and error code:0xc000000f came up. Looked it up says File:\WINDOWS\System32\winload.efi

missing.

I cannot find anythig to help resolve this
