Windows 10: Missing Files From Window System

Hi I am trying to Install a program on my laptop, but it couldn't install because of missing files as bellowDeleted file - C:\Users\Acer\AppData\Local\Temp\20c8180.tmpDeleted file - C:\Users\Acer\AppData\Local\Temp\20c817f.tmpI don't know how to resolve this problem, I have looked on my Girlfriend's Computer as well, and she doesn't have those two files too, can anyone advise me where can I download them, so I can install this programm on my laptopthank youWadye

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
