Windows 10: Missing Keyboard Option in Time & Language? Help?

So i'm trying to change my keyboard layout (trying to remove a hotkey that i use in game but pulls me out) but everytime i go in Time & Language there is no Keyboard option.


Like it goes:


TIME & LANGUAGE

Date & Time

Region & Language

Speech


With no "Keyboard" option available. What is wrong and how do i fix it or at least get to the keyboard settings?

There are several language options for your keyboard that you can choose from. Since it has disappeared on your end, you can add a keyboard layout then change it your preferred language. Here's how:

• Click on the Start Menu. It's the Windows icon in the bottom left corner.
• 
  Go to Settings.
  
• 
  Select Time & language > Region & language.
  
• 
  Click on the language you wish to add a keyboard layout to.
  
• 
  Choose Options > Add a keyboard.
  
• 
  Click on the keyboard you want to add.
  

Once added, you can now change it to your preferred language:

• Press and hold the Windows key
• 
  Press spacebar.
  
• 
  Pressing spacebar multiple times will toggle through the list of keyboard layouts you have; the layout you currently have selected will always be highlighted.

Language/Keyboard default

You can try these steps to set up your preferred defaults:

• Go to Settings and click Time & Language.
• Click Region & Language.
• Click on your default system language then, click Options.
• Click Add a keyboard then choose your preferred keyboard language.
• Remove the other keyboard language by choosing it then click Remove.

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps:

  Press the Windows key on the keyboard.

  Click on Settings, then click on
  Time & language option.

  Click Region & language on the top left of the screen.

  Click on Windows Display language to expand, and click on
  Options.
  
• 
  Select the Keyboard layout, and click on Remove.
  

If you wish to uninstall Language Packs then try the steps below and check if that helps:

• Open a command prompt windows, type the following and hit Enter.
• Lpksetup /u
• The Install or Uninstall display languages panel will open.
• Select the language, click on Next and the Language Interface Pack will start uninstalling. You will then be asked to restart your computer.
