Windows 10: Missing "Manage Wi-Fi Settings" & "Advanced Options" Under Settings>Network & Internet>Wi-Fi

I just upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and am trying to turn off "Wi-Fi Sense".

I am not seeing the "Manage Wi-Fi Settings" when I go to Settings>Network & Internet>Wi-Fi

I also noticed the "Advanced Options" is also not there.

Manage Wi-Fi Settings Mistake


Under the Manage Wi-Fi Settings... Manage Known Networks, I made a mistake and selected "FORGET" and then "APPLY". Afterwards, my Wi-Fi connection was not recognized. I connected the ethernet cable to the router and was back on the internet but it did not restore the router name in the Manage Known Networks. How can I restore the router name in that box?

"Advanced Setting" option in
Setting->Network and Internet ->Wi-Fi

My goal is to change to Metered Network.

The reason is to disable Win 10 updates!

SOLUTION: while connected to the relevant wi-fi connection, press properties. There you can choose metered connection.
