  1. Missing shell32.dll and WININET.dll file

    My computer just shut off on my, and once i turned it back on it said that i had a missing shell32.dll and WININET.dll file. I was never messing with any files, just playing a video game. I cant open anything besides documents. I tried looking stuff up on how to fix but it always tells me to do something online, and i cant open anything to go online. Any idea on how to fix this?
    On ipad looking stuff up and typing this.

    :)

  2. Windows 10 folder specialized icon lost after moving folder

    Custom folder icons are controlled by a file contained within the folder named
    desktop.ini. It has both hidden & system attributes set by default so you will need to set your view options to both show hidden files &
    clear the checkbox for Hide Protected system files.

    Once you can see the files, double-clickf to open in notepad. The file contents should be as follows:

    Music

    [.ShellClassInfo]

    LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21790

    InfoTip=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-12689

    IconResource=%SystemRoot%\system32\imageres.dll,-108

    IconFile=%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll

    IconIndex=-237

    Pictures

    [.ShellClassInfo]

    LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21779

    InfoTip=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-12688

    IconResource=%SystemRoot%\system32\imageres.dll,-113

    IconFile=%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll

    IconIndex=-236

    Good Luck,

  3. High cpu usage by explore.exe for a minute after every login

    Recently I notice there are high CPU using just after login and it cause a bit laggy until CPU usage drop.

    I used process explorer and found that the main shell process "explorer.exe" took 25% of total CPU time, that mean one processor core was fully utilized.

    It make sense if it take heavy CPU job just run once, or a spike after login. But not happen by a clean "LOGOUT & LOGIN" (without reboot, without any change in file)

    I capture snapshot the stack information below in case if they can help.
