Windows 10: Missing update in my system

Missing updates never install. This is Windows 10 21h1 and it stuck from there. When I go to settings - windows update - check updates it will initiate the installation until it will hangs and revert back to my desktop. It is good that it didnt corrupt my system however the updates never install. I dont want to cause trouble on my files and programs but I want to install the updates.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

Safe Mode With Command Prompt and then repeat the steps from Dolly Cab and ours. Update after the commands are
successful. Also, to prepare your system, I suggest that you use the following commands as well before the others:

• SFC
• DISM
