Windows 10: Missing video editor in photos app on my new laptop

I have a new laptop but want to continue working on videos I created on my old pc with the video editor in the photos app, but i cant find the video editor on the new pc - photos app just shows photos and collections, no video editor - any help would be appreciated as this is the main reason I purchased the laptop!

Video editor in Photos app?

I just downloaded the Windows 10 update, had heard it would have a built in video editor, but I can't find it. Photos app lets you upload photos, and create videos, but not upload videos to edit as far as I can tell. Am I missing something?

 

missing video and photo editor apps

My phone is running on Belle FP2,,!! Once i hard resetted my phone, and after that the photo editor and video editor disappeared from the menu....!!! A few months later I installed an Iphone simulator app...,,,, (this is the link)...

in which both editors appear!! So, wenever i want to edit pics and videos, i launch this app!!!
