Windows 10: Mistypning Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000

I recently made a P, and got a Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 to go with it. Last night, I noticed that when I tried to click one of the keys, it kept going or wouldn't register. Here are the trouble keys: l=kl; k=kl; ;=kl; r=wer e=wer w=wer on the number pad: 1=123 2=123 3=123 4=456 5=456 6=456 7=789 8=789 9=789 0 on the number pad also places in a period and opens the windows menu. I've tried all the troubleshooting techniques I could find. I cleaned it out, I reset the computer, and I tried it in different ports. To be honest I have no idea how to find or reinstall the drivers which I should try. I really don't know if this is something wrong with my keyboard, my computer, or the drivers. I really could use some advice. Thanks.

I suggest you to connect the keyboard to a different computer and check if the issue persists.

If the keyboard does not function correctly on another computer, the keyboard maybe defective. If this is the case, and the warranty on the keyboard is still valid, you may exchange the defective keyboard for a new keyboard.

If the keyboard works fine on a different computer, try the methods listed below:

Method 1

Adjust Language settings:

• Open Settings and click on Time and Language.
  
• Choose Region and Language and make sure the language you’re using on your keyboard (the input language) matches the one you’re using on your PC (the display language).
  

Method 2

Update driver manually:

Install the latest drivers from Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 and check if
it works.

If the issue persists, you may get in touch with
Microsoft Hardware Support for further assistance.
