    Mixed Reality viewer is not recognizing my camera besides I have last gen laptop 2018


    Hi ! I have a HP Spectre x360 8th gen core i7 mx150, my camera is a HP Wide Vision FHD IR Camera with Dual array digital microphone. How can I solve this? I already have allowed the access to the camera in Settings to the Mixed Reality Viewer, all my drivers are updated and I already used it a lot of times, I know this worked in this laptop.

    Mixed Reality Viewer

    Photos taken from laptop camera and phone camera should be able to convert in 3D in Mixed Reality Viewer.

    Mixed Reality viewer camera problem

    When I put the mixed reality viewer into mixed reality mode I get this error.

    "Sorry we encountered a problem with your camera. Check that it is connected and ready to go."

    This is using Win 10 on a MAC on the bootcamp partition. Other apps find and use the camera just fine.

    Mixed Reality Viewer should also have chat with new people in Mixed Reality Environment.
