Windows 10: MMX352G 3G usb modem does not connect to hspa

Whenever I switch to HSPA/UMTS only in the network mode, it shows no service. Can you please help me?

Data Card and HSPA modem

Iam using windows 10 for my Dell E5410 Latitude laptop .I have problem in connecting my
BSNL 3G Data Card LW272 of Teracom , Data card software I have installed but it is not connecting to network and I have found
same problem in Window 8 also .I have checked in web also As per company’s requirement it needs
HSPA USB modem but it is not installed in Windows 10 and I have installed on my friend laptop of Windows 10 there also it is doing same as in my system both of us have genuine version of Windows 10 but It is not able to connect data card but all
other data cards like MTS data card is working so please tell me a solution for

HSPA USB Modem

I'm facing a strange problem.Since december 2016 i have had the latest windows with the lastest updates.My USB 3G internet modem worked very well but since i updated windows 10 on my laptop for the list time(since the update creaters were shown up),it
doesn't work anymore.How is that possible? I appreciate if you answer this!!!!
