Windows 10: Mobile hotspot Connected but no internet access

I am trying to use the feature of mobile hotspot while I connected to the internet by internet cable, everything is going good and when I am connected with my phone to the network created by mobile hotspot there is no internet access although there is internet access in my laptop and when using Connectify Hotspot 2021 software it shares my internet from laptop successfully !! so I don't understand where's the fault

although it's the same as Connectify Hotspot configuration !!! and I reset it and the same problem,

Try to restore the network: Settings> Network and Internet> Status, click on Reset network on the side and follow the instructions.Otherwise try to enable / disable ICS: Go to Network Connections, access the properties of the network adapter connected to
the internet> Sharing tab, enable Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) then confirm by pressing OK (skip this step if ICS is already enabled). Return to the Sharing tab, disable ICS and confirm by pressing OK.Go to Settings> Network and Internet, enable the Mobile
Hotspot and try again.

Note: When using the Windows 10 Integrated Mobile Hotspot feature, the check boxes on the Sharing tab must remain cleared otherwise the mobile hotspot will not work.

If the problem persists, try temporarily uninstalling any third party Firewall / Antivirus or VPN software and try again.

Got it.

This usually happen if Internet Connection Sharing was not enabled. To do this, follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + X and select Network Connections.
• Please note that at this point, your hotspot connection should be showing here
• Right-click your internet source, which should be Ethernet.
• Select Properties.
  
• Click Sharing.
• Check the Allow other network users to connect through this computer's Internet connection option.
• Under Home networking connection drop-down menu select your
  hotspot connection name.
• Click OK.

Step 1: I would suggest you to run the Network adapter troubleshooter and check if it helps.

1. Click on Search bar.

2. Type “Troubleshooting” without the quotes and Click on
Troubleshooting.

3. Click on View All on the left panel of the screen.

4. Then click on Network Adapter.

5. Then click on Next and follow the instructions.
