    Hi , I bought a new Monitor , i have msi laptop gf63 thin 9RCX the windows detected it but no signal , i tried 3 differents HDMI CABLES ,i tried with upgrading to windows 11I tried to Update the drivers / reinstall / unistall , I tried the bios method but my bios doesn't have the choice to change it and i discovered that my two monitors the internal and the second connected to the intel Graphic the integrated GPU instead of the other GPU NVIDIA GTX 1050 TI maybe that's the problem and i can't find a solution

    no signal detected on monitor

    I recently cleaned my PC because it was too dusty. Cleaned all the parts thoroughly. Now when I try connect it back to my monitor, it says no signal detected on the monitor. I have tried many things such as removing parts and using other. However, when
    I used another motherboard, everything worked fine. Could it be my motherboard? On the other hand, there is going power through to all the hardware connected, so it works. Could it be the contacts on the motherboard?

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forum.

    • How is the setup done? Do you mean to say that the monitor streamed is not being detected?

    Standard graphic cards that do not have the special DMS port will not be able to send out two separate display signals to two different
    monitors. Seems like the monitor is attached to the onboard GPU port instead of NVidia, if the display is not being detected despite of the GPU supporting dual monitors. You may plug the
    monitor into the NVidia GPU port and check if it’s being detected.

    If the issue persists, it could be due to faulty drivers. I suggest you to install the latest drivers from
    NVidia.

    Bence, if the steps I gave can't get the monitor detected then I know of nothing else because they always have worked before.
