Windows 10: monitor glitching

okay so when i got my new desk i had enough room for a triple monitor setup and i decided to do it when im not playing a game my monitors work 100% perfect and theres nothing wrong but once i load a game up i notice whilst playing like a black flash across either the top or bottom of the monitor it rarely happens on my main monitor where i game but i notice it happen on my other 2 monitors. im not sure why this would be happening but ever since about a week ago i ran a 2 monitor setup and i never had a issue. i also noticed that for some reason my IDLE clock speeds go from 300mhz with two monitors too 1250mhz idle with 3 for some reason. also randomly my left monitor will go black and come back on 4 seconds later randomly. if any one could please let me know how to fix this it would mean so much.

Windows 10 is Resetting/Glitching with 2nd Monitor

Method1: I suggest you to change the monitor setting make the 2 monitor primary and 1 monitor secondary and check if that helps.

Press Windows + P to make the changes.

Method 2: Update the graphic driver and check if that helps.

Follow the steps to update the graphic driver.

• Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter and Select Graphic.
• Right-click on the Graphic and click on Update driver software.
  
• Restart the computer and check.

Trouble with 2 monitors

I suggest you to change the settings to Extended Monitor and check if it helps.

Please follow below steps:

• Right Click any ware of the Desktop, and launch Personalization.
• Go to dual monitor settings under personalization, and change it Extended Monitor.
