Windows 10: Monitor issues on latest windows update

Hello, I recently built a new PC with the specs listed below: -Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU PBO is enabled -RTX 3080Ti GPU -32gb Corsair 6000mhz CL30 kit -Asus TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI Motherboard -2 Monitors LG 27GN750 1080p 240hz Monitor, Gigabyte M28U 4k 144hz -CORSAIR RM850 PSU So my issue is after I built the new PC I am noticing that the windows UI is very slow and laggy especially when scrolling in things like the settings menu and is especially noticeable when minimising and maximising different applications, and feels as if the UI is stuck on 60hz I am on update 24H2 with all opt

MS Office and Skype scaling issue with display monitors

The scaling issues with your display monitor can be caused by an outdated operating system. To further isolate the concern, we suggest that you check for the latest update for Windows by following these steps:

• Click on Start or the Windows Logo on your taskbar.
• Select Settings or the gear icon and click Updates & security.
