Windows 10: Monitor Keeps Waking Up Infinitely in Sleep Mode.

My power settings are set to turn my monitor off after 15 minutes of inactivity. When I had an RTX 2080 everything was fine. I recently upgraded to an RX 6800 XT and now I have an issue where the monitor keeps waking back up after being off for 3 seconds, which repeats forever until I take it out of

For us to narrow down your concern with waking up your computer from sleep mode, we would like to know the following:

• Aside from Windows Update. were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue?
• Is this the first time you experienced the issue?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Send us a screenshot of your screen when you wake up your computer from sleep mode.

PC waking up automatically from sleep mode

As indicated in my post, it is the monitor, not the PC that I am having trouble keeping it in sleep mode.

I have set the monitor to sleep at one minute. When it does, it wakes immediately. Something is waking it up.

Your suggestion to untick the mouse & keyboard "Allow this device to wake the computer" did not work, however if I remove the mouse/keyboard dongle, the monitor stays asleep. I have changed batteries, removed batteries from mouse/keyboard,
so they do not work but still the monitor wakes right-away.

Since the transceiver is in a USB 3.0 port, could this be a related problem?

Wake up from sleep mode

Using a Acer desktop with the latest version of Windows 10.

My monitor will not wake from the sleep mode. Montior is a HP w17e. Pc is set to sleep after 20 minutes and monitor is set to never sleep but goes to sleep when PC does. PC will wake just fine but monitor will not wake. Any solutions for this problem
