    monitor problem

Hullo. Please excuse what is probably a question that would not be needed to be asked on a forum by a seasoned Windows user but I am just emerging from the ' novice ' stage of my computer life. I bought a new monitor recently and it worked perfectly for a period of over a month, which led me to believe that it was faultless. However, recently it has shown a blank black screen randomly every hour or so. After a second or two, normal service is resumed. Before I take the monitor back to the shop where I purchased it, my question is whether or not Windows 10 could be the culprit? Any advice would

    :)

  2. i have a problem to connect 2 monitors.

    Hi Ron,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

    • What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
    • How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?
I suggest you to follow the steps from this article below:

[Applies to Windows 10 as well]

How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)
