Windows 10: Monitor settings

Discus and support Monitor settings in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I have a small question about my Nvidia settinhs for my screen resolution.     Monitor settings


    I have a small question about my Nvidia settinhs for my screen resolution.


    My monitor is an 144hz

    But when i set it to 144hz, my color schemes stays stuck at ycbcr422 at limited.


    While at a lower refresh rate120, 100, 60, i can set it to ycbcr444, ycbcr422, RGBfull.


    But idk what is best to use, since 144hz refresh rate would be better to use.


    I am using an GTX 960 if this is necessary to know to assist me.
