  1. Monitor shows no signal after windows 10 pro Upgrade

    Hello everyone,

I got a kinda weird problem. I have been using this desktop computer for more than 2 years without issue. It came preinstalled with Windows 10 home. Recently, I decided to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro from windows 10 home. The upgrade went well until the screen showed "no signal" upon restart. I have unplugged everything including the computerof course after switching it off . I replaced the monitor and the cable with other new monitor and HDMI cable. When start it worked correctly. I then restarted. It worked. I wanted to be sure and hence restarted then there was black screen with no signal. After unplugging again and starting I have I lock the computer with Windows + L and checked the next day. When I try to unlock again, it showed no signal.

    What I did:

    1. Disabled fast restart

    2. Interchanged two monitors and cables

    3. Uninstalled the graphic card driver and scan for driver change then reinstalled it

    4. Unplug and plug back the graphic card

The same issue. I can't be sure if it works when it restarts again.

    My graphic card is

    AMD Radion HD 7400M series.

I restarted many times. On the first two restarts, it works fine but on the third or the fourth restart, that is where it shows no signal. It is simply unpredictable behavior.

    :)

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

I really hate having to come here and ask for help, but I really am stumped. It hurts my geek pride. I have a PC with fairly modern hardware in it. It has a p8p67 pro in it. I have tried upgrading windows 10 on it twice now. Both times I have had the same result.

After windows finishes upgrading it goes to the log in/set up screen. I can't do anything. No keyboard or mouse input is accepted.

I will list some, or hopefully all, of the troubleshooting steps I have tried:
    • Move keyboard and mouse to different USB ports.
    • Try different keyboard or mouse.
    • Restart computer, repeatedly.
    • Google for related issues.
    • Update Bios, because why not.
    • Create boot media and revert to windows 7.
The windows 10 system restore boot media works fine with keyboard and mouse. All USB ports work in windows 7. I don't know what is wrong. I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it.

Please help me figure this out. If I have to revert back to windows 7 again, I am not going to get it upgraded to windows 10. Thank you in advanced.

Monitor shows no signal after windows 10 pro Upgrade

Error: No signal on second monitor after upgrade to Windows 10

    Hi,

My PC connects to 2 monitors. The first one is HP LP2465, and the second one is the Wacom Cintiq 21UX (2010, this monitor is also a tablet). It has been working well after I upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. A couple of weeks ago I suddenly lost the Cintiq.

When I restart the computer, I can see the BIOS screen, then see the windows logo on both screens, then the first monitor would just show login screen and the second monitor would report no signal.

I updated my Windows, also downloaded the latest driver for my Radeon HD 6570. When I right clicked on the desktop and chose "Display" it shows only 1 monitor. I have been searching the internet and tried various suggestions but nothing works. The computer
can't seem to detect the second monitor at all.

    Please help.
