Windows 10: Monitor speaker are not detected by windows

My monitor is an acer kg241bmiix.

I use my headphones and sometimes my monitor speaker but I can't detect them now, I only detect my headphones.

When I unplug my headphones, I have no headphones or speaker detected.



Any solution to this ?



edit : I have an amd graphic cards and a freesync monitor. I read it can cause problem with the audio

• Are you still able to play music using a built-in speakers?
• Have you tried using other headphones or external speakers?

Windows 10 Not Detecting 2nd Monitor

this recommendation is useless. I followed every step and the troubleshooter said no problems detected. When I had Windows 8.1 I was able to simply plug in my monitor (HannsG 28") via micro HDMI port and it was able to detect it. But Windows 10 does not detect
my second monitor. The system just does not see it.
