    I have the same issue where trying to wake the PC I get no video signal, and have to re-boot to get the monitor to work. Also with the initial re-boot, the window is resized as if there is no video card drivers. Another reboot fixes the issue entirely. This is an AMD card BTW.

    Anyway I posted about the issue here.
