    monitoring ISP speed & dropping

Basically, I want to monitor my line for dropping & speed - my ISP promises my package at download of around 76 Mbps & up at about 10- 12 Mbps - I am lucky to get 50 down on a good day (& up is highly variable)! I also know it drops, especially at peak times (meaning Netflix needs to be frequently rebooted each time I watch something). Does Winows 10 have an app that allows me to continuously monitor internet speed (upload & download) alongside frequency of dropping? I have used tracert & ping -t in the cmd line before: can I specify the ping execution everty 30 s say? If I can, is there then a way to get these data summarised (or outputted as a comma delimited txt file I can then import & summarise in eg Excel). Alternatively, is there some fairly idiot proof freeware out there that will allow line monitoring in the background? Many thanks

    :)

Overclocking / Undervolting guide for Vega 56 or 64?

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages
    Core speeds
    Memory speeds

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
