Windows 10: Montior screen colour noise

Hi randomly my pc screen on the 4k monitor will look like this coloured noise if i hit windows button plus p and change it from pc only to duplicate or anything esle and then change it back it is normal again i have uninstalled graphics card and reinstalled it but still happens. To make it clear i cannot see anything when the colour noise comes up it only happens when the montior wakes from sleep sometimes and does not happen on my 1080p monitor

Software to separate noise from the human voice or song

For audio, you could try Audacity. You can select a sample period where there is just the noise you want to remove, then filter that from the audio.

colour change

Using my laptop and left it for a bit, when returned the home screen has changed colour, very bland grey, white and peoples hair is yellow. No warm colours they disappeared. Any suggestion as to get my normal colours back
