Windows 10: Motherboard + Windows

I recently bought a Razer Blade Pro 17 laptop with Windows 10 on it and before 90 days was up, my motherboard stopped working. I sent the laptop to Razer’s repair center and they replaced it.


Upon opening it and turning it on, I notice a message floating in the bottom right corner telling me to activate Windows. I went to do this, ising the troubleshoot feature it told me it couldn’t activate due to an invalid license key and prompted me to purchase a new one. I contacted Razer who walked me through using the CMD panel go retrieve the key and manually activate - same error.


Razer says when the repair center replaced the motherboard they must have forgotten to “inject” the hardware with the license key. They INSIST I send my laptop back to them again.


I have had a terrible experience overall with this company and regret my 2k investment, but it is what its is.


MY QUESTION - is it seriously necessary for them to have physical access to my laptop to give me a working license key for Windows 10?


At this point I am considering biting the additional investment and myself purchasing a new copy of Windows. Will I have issues doing this?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Choice of memory and motherboard... a bit stuck...

No one who got some suggestions on this one, huh?

I've found out that the Asus M3A78-T needs to be flashed, so then that motherboard is excluded from my list. Which motherboard and memory should I then go for? Any suggestions?

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
