Windows 10: Mounting delay of usb devices after login/boot

I have a weird issue over here:
When I boot my computer I can Press F2 to get into UEFI and all my usb devices are lighting up. But afterwards, when it comes to the Windows boot with the progress circle icon all my usb devices mouse, keyboard, audio interface are dead until 5 seconds after the windows login.

Then I can hear 3-5 times the usb plugin sound and then all my devices get connected and light up again. Why is that happening and how can I get this fixed? I can't even use my mouse until that.

Delay mounting network drive at boot?

I am starting a new thread as suggested as the other threads on this subject are so old! however as Microsoft does not appear to read any of these forums and more pointedly does nothing to solve the problem I will ask again.

I have three NAS boxes holding somewhere about 30TB spread over 12 drives and sometimes they are logged on at boot and sometimes not. Surely it can't be too difficult to delay the network acquisition until later in the boot sequence. In the meantime does
anyone know which application is responsible for network acquisition so I can look into this myself!

Booting from USB on x38 Motherboard, NOT?

See sys specs... ASUS ROG x38 motherboard, flashed to x48 Rampage.

In BIOS under "Boot Device Priority", I select and of the 3 boot device slots, and no where do I find an option for USB, these are the only options in each:

• 1st floopy drive
• HDD: P0-WDC WD2500KS
• ATAPI CD-ROM
• Disabled

Is there a place in the BIOS to enable boot from USB?

It's AMI, says v02.61 on the BIOS screen

 

USB problem

I have difficulty booting up computer at usb ports detecting and I think of my webcam cause it.
The computer boot screen is having a big delay it freeze for 30 or 60 seconds at the usb scanning step. Sometimes in Windows it says Unknown hardware at windows opening. Could it be my usb ports that begin to sucks or my webcam is having trouble ? (No other usb devices plugged other than wireless usb key for keyboard-mouse combo)
