Windows 10: Mouse and keyboard bug out at the same time

Using Windows 10, sometimes, when I'm doing basic things going through files, maybe playing videogames my mouse and keyboard bug: my mouse starts being weird example: when I click on the "search" button on Google it says I have to save "download.html" file and my keyboard does not write anymore. Can someone help me out?

Logitech mouse and Keyboard issues

Thank you as well. I have no owned a corded mouse in 15 years or since they had wireless mice. Can I do the steps backwards, meaning do the keyboard first rather than the mouse since I will need a working mouse to do all this?
