Windows 10: Mouse and keyboard problem in laptop

Hi my laptop keyboard and mouse are not working properly when i plug my mouse and keyboard in my laptop the mouse work properly but the keyboard not working and when i unplug the mouse the keyboard turned on but it doesn't function properly. Help

I suggest you to update the drivers for keyboard and mouse by following the steps below.

• Right click on Start icon and select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboard (for keyboard) and Mice and other pointing devices (for mouse).
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
