Windows 10: mouse conflict

Hi

after installing windows 10 updates I am experiencing problems with touch pad and intermittent wifi connection.

the mouse freezes or the wifi connection is lost.

the device is an HP DESKTOP ORU6230

With 8GB ram

running windows 10 version1909

Since the above suggestions didn't work on your issue, we suggest that you follow the steps below for us to further locate the device driver that has been causing conflict on your system.

• Go to Settings.
• Click Devices.
• Scroll down, then select Device manager.
• Look for the mouse icon, then click it.
• Right-click on the available drivers.
• Select Uninstall.
• Re-connect your Microsoft mouse, so that the system will reinstall the correct driver.

Mouse lag

I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you have tried to resolve the issue. I suggest you to install all pending Windows updates and check. Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

• Type Mouse and Touchpad Setting in Search and hit
  Enter.
• Change settings as per your requirement; click on Advance mouse options.
• Change settings under Buttons, Points, Pointer options, Wheel.
