Windows 10: Mouse cursor disappearing in full screen games

I have an old Logitech G5 gaming mouse and an Anker wireless vertical mouse. I prefer playing games with the Logitech mouse because it is much easier to do movements in shooters with the Logitech mouse. A problem that I have been having, however, is that my mouse cursor disappears at seemingly random points while I am in the game and using the G5. If I try Alt-Tab to get out of the game, there is still no mouse cursor and even using the vertical mouse doesn’t help. I have tried uninstalling the device, downloading the SetPoint software, and making sure the vertical mouse wasn’t plugged in at the same time to try and see if any of that was the problem, but so far nothing has been able to permanently fix it. The only solution I have been able to find is to restart my computer every time this happens, and it can happen from once an hour to once a day.

Mouse disappears when games are in full screen

Hello,

For some reason whenever I put any game in full screen mode. The mouse disappears. But when I put the game in windowed full screen mode my mouse returns why is that? I've checked and my mouse has up to date drivers. the mouse I'm using is an HID compliant

Mouse cursor disappearing

Hello, I am using Win10 desktop with wired mouse; it's been working quite well for me until lately. I've had this Dell computer about 3 or so years, now.
My mouse cursor has started to disappear at random times, only coming back when I rapidly move the mouse back and forth across the pad/screen.
I thought it might be that the wire might have gotten damaged, so I unplugged that mouse, put in a wireless mouse USB plug, and used a wireless mouse for over an hour.
Same issue. When I move my mouse up to the upper right-hand corner, it disappears. Move it to the extreme left, it comes back again. It's when the cursor touches the right side of the screen, I have noticed, that it disappears.
No difference when using a full-screen game, a browser, or if I'm on the desktop . . . it acts the same way in each case.

Frequently the cursor arrow / mouse pointer disappears from the screen. I sometimes can move the pointer up to the top of the screen using the touchpad and sometimes it will return to being viewable. It's as if the pointer/cursor is sometimes hidden when it's positioned in the body of the screen but reappears when it's up in the header. Moving my finger around the touchpad doesn't recover the pointer until I move to the top of the touchpad. I can see that the app is reacting as if the cursor is over items on the screen (they flicker for example) but the arrow does not appear.

The app I use most is Chrome. I don't think it's an app issue but will try to monitor whether it happens in other apps as well.

More effective in recovering the pointer is touching the touch screen and then the touchpad and the mouse pointer then reappears.

I've tried resizing and changing the color of the mouse pointer in Windows Settings, but this didn't change the issue.

How can I make the cursor / mouse pointer arrow disappear less often and, if it disappears, make it come back by just touching the touchpad?
