  1. Mouse Cursor Issue

    Hello,

I am using Windows 10 Home 64-bit (Build 1903). Recently, at random times, my mouse cursor will disappear going to my second or third monitor. The cursor is still working to a degree on the other screens, but you can't see it until it highlights over an item.

Sometimes though, the cursor will the just get stuck on my first/main monitor and not function well on that monitor. The quickest fix for me is to put my PC to sleep and then wake it.

What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

The mouse being used is a Razer Deathadder Elite with the latest update installed.

    Thank you in advance!

    :)

    No mouse cursor

    Hi,

It is possible that the system did not recognize the mouse of your computer after it booted up. This can be the reason why you do not see the mouse cursor. Kindly perform a power cycle to refresh the power of the computer. To do this, follow these steps:

    • Shutdown the computer.
    • After shutting it down, remove the battery (if you're using a laptop) and disconnect the computer from the charger.
    • Wait for 1 minute.
    • After 1 minute, attach the battery and turn on the computer.
    • Check if you will see the mouse cursor.

Let us know how it goes.
