Windows 10: Mouse Drivers

    So of the ones shown what should I use

    both printer drivers and mouse drivers frequently become unavailable

    Hello I have unknown device drivers (ghosted listings) that are appearing in Other Devices... when I try to uninstall I can longer use touchpad. When I restart, both unknown device drivers appear once again. I am using Windows 10.

    If the driver installed on your computer is not compatible with Windows, you might encounter some issues though it's up-to-date. You may update the of your mouse manually. For the steps, please check this

    You could try w8 ones, to see if they work or you could check Windows Update to see if there is something there.
