Windows 10: mouse flicker on windows 10 pro

i have had this issue for over a year now and at first it was a rare occurrence. Now its daily. My mouse pointer will flicker just like so many other people have posted about. Once it starts the mouse becomes jerky in movement, clicks dont respond right, the scroll wheel action lags, and everything becomes virtually unusable. Strange as it is, the only temporary fix i have found to stop the stutter is to press the ALT key on my keyboard. This fix can last anywhere from a few hours to a few seconds. I have tried every possible fix from every thread i can find on mouse stutter/flicker issues i c

To address the flickering, we suggest that you rollback the driver of your mouse, you may follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R on the desktop screen.
• Type devmgmt.msc and hit enter.
• Expand the category you want and right click on the driver and select properties.
• Navigate to driver tab and click on RollBack driver.
