Windows 10: Mouse is acting up

Hi all,

I have a brand new Nuvision Encite two in one laptop/tablet. Today, the mouse has been clicking stuff when I've not touched it, it tremors over areas that it's idle, it won't click the things I want it to, it'll click its own things & even highlight things on its own. The Start menu will pop up automatically, the windows will minimize and show them all on the desktop screen, random side bars will appear from nowhere without me touching the mouse whatsoever. It'll zoom in and out if i try to scroll up/down.

I don't know what's wrong with it or how to fix it. I've done the microsoft safety scanner & its not finding anything wrong. How do I fix this?

My mouse is acting strange .

I'll second 95 on this question - we wanna know! *Smile

If it's no good, then perhaps you could try another mouse pad and another USB port. A PS/2 mouse like cheesy999 suggested is a good idea too if that doesn't solve it.

 

Bluetooth mouse still freezes

There are multiple possibilities why a Bluetooth mouse could act up. To assist you with your concern, you can try these following steps:

Method 1:

Check if the Bluetooth mouse and its Bluetooth adapter are working properly.

• Try installing fresh new batteries.
• Try to unplug the Bluetooth adapter of your mouse and plug it back in.
• Try connecting the Bluetooth adapter of your mouse to a different USB port.
• Try to remove objects that can interfere with the signal of your Bluetooth adapter and mouse.

Method 2:

Check if you have installed all the updates on your computer. There are chances that you might get Bluetooth drivers through update:
