Windows 10: Mouse is stuck on scrolling whenever I right click anywhere in my desktop

Title is really explains it. When I right click anywhere in my desktop, my mouse does the "loading" icon to show that something is loading. But it doesn't go away and stays like that. It's only when I right click in my desktop, nowhere else (to my knowledge). When it's scrolling I'm, unable to access any files or interact with anything in my desktop, but I can use the task bar.

Stuck in Scroll-Right or Scroll-Down

I am running the current build of Windows10 64bit.

Since this morning, I am experiencing a very weird behavior: scrollbars scroll automatically to the right, dropdown boxes scroll automatically to the bottom once they gain focus.

There are no keystrokes generated, as far as I can tell from watching the event stream.

This affects trees, tables and dropdown lists. For example, in File Explorer, the tree on the left scrolls down once I move the mouse over it. The display of file icons on the right does not move.

Driving me crazy.

Rebooted several times. Unplugged, replugged keyboard and mouse. Tried different keyboards and miuce. CHanged batteries on both. Deinstalled all customer mouse software like Razor.

Pressing the CTRL button while hovering over the affected controls makes the scrolling stop. It feels like a badly messed up config for the keyboard.

Any Ideas???

 

Mouse scrolles up when im scrolling down

There may be an issue with the driver of your mouse that is why you're encountering difficulties when scrolling. We suggest that you uninstall the driver of your mouse, and then restart the computer to re-install the driver. To do this, follow these steps:

• Right-click the Windows logo (Start button).
• Choose Device Manager.
• On the Device Manager window, double-click Mice and other pointing devices.
• Right click the mouse driver, and then click Uninstall.
• On the prompt window, click the check box and click OK.
• Turn off the computer by pressing the ALT and F4
  buttons together, and then press Enter. Please take note that you may need to press the buttons twice for you to see the window that will allow you to turn off the computer.
  
• After turning off the computer, turn it on after 10 seconds.
• Check if you can scroll properly.
