Windows 10: mouse keeps freezing

Hey guys, this is drifving me nuts trying to fix, usually have some IT friends to help with this one but they are stuck as well.IssueMouse keeps freezing I have noticed it seems to happen more when starting to play a video or opening new program, but i'm not 100% sure this is the caseI have uninstalled and reinstalled the mouse driverI have changed the usb porti have purchased 2 new mice and all 3 are having the same issuei have reinstalled windowsI have reinstalled my graphic driversthe mouse is usb mousei'm not great on computers so please keep it simple

• Are you using a USB mouse or touchpad of laptop?
  
• Since when are you facing this issue?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?
  

However, you can try updating the mouse driver and check if that resolves the issue. Follow the steps from the article

In some instances, your mouse may keep on freezing if there are some pending updates on your Windows 10 PC. We suggest you install available Windows updates and check if that helps you. If the issue still persists, you may run
Hardware Troubleshooter Drivers.
